Regional Analysis and Local Plans
By law, in partnership with the Local Elected Officials Consortium, the WPWDB is required to develop and submit a comprehensive plan to the Governor, which identifies and describes certain policies, procedures and local activities that are carried out in the local area and that is consistent with the State Plan.
